I like how they pulled up to Mobil in paulsboro in 2002 without an Api head and thought they were going to get loaded and take over the place lol never happened!

I tried to tell someone in another thread that bulk was slow, they wouldn't listen to me.....maybe they will now.

I heard they are trying to get rid of the bulk side. Don't know if it's true.

Well, according to my Schneider sales friend who I am at this moment eating breakfast with in Houston he says that's not true in fact the rumor is Schneider is looking to acquire someone.

    Oh the rumor mill, lol!!!!

having hazmat, nalco and a twic card might help, but there is a good chance there's probably 10 other drivers sitting with you as well.. you just have to wait until your number moves up the list and you get the next dispatch, this is where having those things will help because you will get the load instead of being passed over.

and i also heard they were going to sell the bulk division off. personally, i think they're going to try and flip it around to a majority IC fleet and have less company drivers. would make sense, the choice program will never be successful with the current ratio of drivers to loads.

what they need to do is stop hiring drivers if they don't have freight for them!

Like I said before. It was just a rumor. Maybe it just me, I don't see that many tankers like I used too.

    TennMan and drvrtech77 Thank this.

I remember back in '08-'09 when it was real slow that SNI shut down their schools and would only hire drivers with 1 or more years of experience to replace drivers quitting. Guess it hasn't reached that point yet.

    drvrtech77 Thanks this.
