Schneider Bulk has corrected most of the problems it was having with Workflow. Every here and there, they have issues with trailers being assigned to a driver and that trailer not even started being cleaned by the tank wash, but they have gotten pretty good at correcting those situations when they come up.
I hear that new drivers are getting a real leg up with new cents-per-mile raises, and many of them are getting assigned 2013, 2014 and 2015 Cascadia's right out of training.
There are legitimate gripes out there for sure, but there are some unreliable drivers who have no place to complain. Remember that when you start out, Schneider will probably start you out slow and easy to see what pace you can handle. If you don't think like it, you should definitely communicate with your DBL so he knows what you are expecting, and how quickly you are expecting it. I'm saying communicate, .....show that you're frustrated, just don't make it personal and be ignorant to your DBL. The squeaky wheel get's the grease, but the idiot typically doesn't.
I made really decent money in 2014, so it can happen. But sometimes there just isn't freight available on a given day, in a specific location.
But for most drivers, Schneider is just a stepping stone where you can get some experience so you can qualify for the dream job you ultimately want. Good Luck.
