My dbl is off today, was so as of last evening. Support shift has but three dbls available. I spoke mutiple times with them yesterday but as of my understanding, I'm at the trip planners mercy. I've been asking to move off the pod since I'm tired of having clean up after the other drivers, it gets pretty groddy. Dbl said maybe come fall they'll be able to move me into my own rig.

well, I am sitting at BJ's in Queens, deliver tomorrow morning at 0300(door says they don't open till 0600????). Fine either way, got a pre=assignment, 3 stop pick up. First in the Bronx at 1000, then in Elizabeth NJ at 1400 then in Somerset NJ at 1600, then it is off to Savannah, GA.

Kinda hoping they won't take this till 0600 because the place I pick up at doesn;t open till 0900 in the bronx.

If I ever get a NYC load, I'm gonna tell them to just give it to you since you seem so happy to go into there. Plenty of drivers quit just so they wont have to do it. Some quit when they get in and say "You want me to put this in there?"

oh, I ain't happy to come here, and I don't very often, and as long as it is not very often, I won't complain. Every time I have gone to NYC, I always get a nice long run getting out. NYC isn't all bad, I am gonna climb on top of my truck tonight to see if I can see the fireworks over the hudson:yes2557:

Fall? I'd be going over his/her head. That kinda in the air far off stuff is unacceptable.

If this kind of load dumb stuff continues to take place, I might raise ire, but otherwise I do like my dbl. He's a nice guy and truly seems concerned. I take that as a hard to find trait in this day and time. But yes, I need my own rig. Cleaning up mud, gravel bits, toe nail clipping, sneeze splatters and short hairs is for the birds.

Bj's in queens? You run the BJs account? I was offered to run that account but I didn't like the sleeping arrangements. Something as a solo chick you have to consider a little more carefully.
