This sounds like what has become the classic case of "TDMTDBE".
Too D___ MUCH TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPED BY EGGHEADS.
In other words, technology for the sake of technology. Plug all this wonderful information into the matrix, and, VIOLA! Here's your scorecard, driver. Never mind just checking for picking up and delivering on-time, idle time, fuel mileage, and other traditional measurements of a driver's ability and value to his or her company. Our new technology will measure your worth down to the nth degree, and "inform" you as to how you can bring your compliance up, up, UP!
Don't feel bad, though. It's invading every industry everywhere. It sucks. And there is very little we can do about it.Female Driver Thanks this. -

My response is always the same....bull F'n ####. I set my ETA....I'm there when I say I'm going to be there.
If there's an issue. It's being caused by IT's failure to resolve the "reset to default time" issue, when they add an additional stop or stops.
I did however, get my point driven home. A stop was added the week I was headed home. Which RESET all my times, ETA and NAT. I sent a freeform....then let the new times ride. It took them almost 12 hours to figure out I was NOT going to be at the customer.....yesterday, -
Yeah, that really used to burn me up. If they change anything on your workflow, all time automatically change to bogus times. But it does give you that little yellow exclamation mark to let you know.

I don't remember the last time I looked at my scorecord. All I know is that I must be doing a good if my dbl is constantly telling me about how "a great job I'm doing", "keep up the good work", and calling me "money" lol. My dbl is awesome but she is moving up to the operations manager position so I'll be getting switched to a new dbl soon unfortunately.
Meanwhile I'm sitting in the city that I absolutely hate with every bone in my body, San Francisco. Drove 563 miles today and am sitting at the lowes I'm delivering to but my appointment isn't until 17:30 tomorrow, so hopefully I can convince them to unload me early. -
