    I have up to 10 drops a day. Most those stops I climb in and out of the trailer to take care of my straps. I also help the stores unload even though it is not required.

    I also try to add in some DDP Yoga...look it up.

    And I fish on the weekends....

    SNI has this handout for incab exercise routines. Not bad. Basic calestenics to get the heart rate up. Saw a driver pull a weider style band system board out and workout next to his truck. Folded up and fit behind a seat. Walking around TS is good too. Also gives s chance to scope out the best lizard for shower time.:biggrin_25525::biggrin_25512:

    Ya know u r screwed when the gal in SEM asks for you to spell "DEF".........

    Fuel and DEF gauges intermittently show no fuel and red light DEF.

    Mine done something like that and my truck derated to 35 mph I crawls to the freightliner dealer in springfield missouri sat there a week

    I'm with moosc on this one. Got a heavy load of barleypops that I have to take from Colorado to SLC OC over some lil hills and I gotta feelin my MPG is gonna suck
