Be prepared or allow for new box configuration time. Been fairly quick for me but can be as long as 4 hrs.

And hope the logs are correct or you'll b doing paperlogs. .Had mine replaced monday night. It wasn't till 10am Tue before it was updated. Then finally yesterday all my media messages finally came back. Nothing like a hour of videos.

I thought so, too, but doesn't seem like anything ever changes. Oh, well.

    Thank you, though.

The QC should turn on once every 1.5 to check for new things and tell SNI where the truck is. I tend to hang a sweatshirt over it to block the light and middle any noise associated with startup.

As to the 1.08 a mile - SNI reserves the option to charge for excessive OOR. If say you have a load going from Detroit to Des Moines and you swing thru Memphis your dbl may take issue. The only time I've heard of anyone getting charged is when they quit and just drive home from where ever.

I just cannot understand a pigsty. I mean, we live in these trucks. Do these people have a pigsty for a house, too??

On the plus side, make sure your DBL knows it was a mess...I think you get paid to clean it.

Both my trucks were filthy when I moved into them. This current one had a pee bottle and sunflower seeds spilled and spit also over the dash, floor and bed. Didn't see a dollar to clean it.

    tynodine and 91B20H8 Thank this.

I'd have to say those folks in the office in Utah leave a lot to be desired.
