How on earth do I get my days work percentage up? Now I'm not sure how it works because I work every weekday and get weekends off. I look pretty good for bonus and I would be over 100% on my bonus if it weren't for the work %. Now it says 65%....is that how many days I have to work minimum for this quarter? Thats what I'm guessing. How do we calculate it and will that number go up as the quarter nears the end?

 

Yes it'll go up as long you keep working. The more time you take off it'll go down. I have to work 77 days a quarter. So for me I can take 4 days a month of or start losing points. So yours is correct u get 8 days a month of.

That is the problem with me. I take weekends off so my % is never high enough for bonus. I either need to work one weekend a month or work into Saturday every weekend in order to make bonus. My time with my family is more important to me than my bonus.
