Spoke to my recruiter today and got the ball rolling on going ic choice. Everything seemed to be going well until my recruiter called up and told me that in June I had 6 hos violations and that puts me way outside the required criteria for going owner op. Luckily it should be an easy fix. I had my Qualcomm screen break last month and I was stuck in on duty and driving for 3 straight days. Apparently when regulatory received my paper logs they forgot to get rid of the violations. I'll give them a call tomorrow morning and hopefully get it sorted out. My recruiters keeping my paperwork on hold until I get it fixed.

Good luck, and I hope it all gets worked out quickly!

Well this sucks, turns out that since the paper logs I sent in were not from Schneiders paper log book regulatory just threw them out without notifying me. Now I get to head back over to the Fontana oc to pick up a SNI logbook so I can get my hos violations fixed.

Do u have still have copys? Do you check crossroads every week to make sure no log issues?

Also, I don't see the point in checking your logs on crossroads every week... whatever you approve on your qc is gonna show up on crossroads, not much error happening there.

But if you have a falsfication from fueling not your fault the truck stop delayed submiting it. You can catch it saved me couple times..
-
You will get it straightened out. Just a little bump in the road.
