Well was driving in Connecticut near the Massachusetts border and I can say I got to see some moron crash his honda civic down into a small embankment. Was cruising at 60 when this moron blows by me at about 75-80 and the cuts right across my nose and slams on his brakes right in front of me trying to hit the exit ramp at the last second. I basically just watched him the whole time calmly and didn't even react because he was going so fast I didn't even have to brake even though he was.
Guy gets over into the exit lane, slams on the brakes even further, locks it up completely, smoke is just going everywhere from his tires, then I continue watching him in my right mirror as he comes to a quick thud in the ditch between the exit ramp and the road. You seriously need to be on the choice program so you actually get paid to put up with these ridiculous idiots, and I will put up with them for the correct price. Company driver pay is not enough to put up with these mental midgets in the northeast.

I've seen rate sheets from certain customers in the northeast (schneider gets paid $4/mile on a particular Poland springs account) yet as a co driver we get less than 10% gross on that run. I'm ready to give the lease and eventually own side my all, and if I find out it's not for me then it'll be time to weigh my options. I'll run the northeast for 5 weeks straight if I get paid more to do it. I'm great with numbers, I'm an accountant in my past life, the business side is no problem. Maintenance on the other hand is my weakness so hopefully schneider provides a decent support structure there. I have a #### ton of money in the bank so it's time to give it a godieselfuelonly, mickimause and knuckledragger Thank this.
