Alaska, or Route 66? Both are on my list.
Rode solo from Farwell, MI to Ft Worth and then back to Knoxville, TN last year, but it was more 'get there' than 'enjoy the ride'. I did enjoy the ride, though. And I had to check in every time I stopped...something about a female all by her lonesome on a scooter, cross-country.

Really? I just kind of assumed the opposite, since a lot of bulk will be Hazmat.stevep1977 Thanks this.

I would love to go to Alaska! I also followed a Thread on ADVrider where they went up into Nova scotia and I think farther, it was a great thread. The guy was a professional photographer and He was an excellent storyteller.mickimause Thanks this.

I know where Farwell is at. God it's been probably 20 years since i've been Up North now. Used to have land up in Meredith. Was going to build a cottage on it, and then divorce #1 reared its ugly head.
mickimause Thanks this. -
If you have your passport and you're willing to go to canada, believe me they will send you there lol. A lot of drivers don't want to run up there mostly because they don't want to deal with border crossings. Also, hazmat loads can cross the border. Then again there is a lot of non hazmat loads that you'll have as well. When I was bulk I'd say it was probably 50/50 or maybe 60% hazmat 40% non hazmatglenn71 Thanks this.

Cant have EVER had a dui.glenn71, mickimause and stevep1977 Thank this.

Actually I had one about twenty-five years ago, and I have gone into Canada since then. Personal vehicle stuff, but still. And and I let them know at the border too. Never had a problem. Probably totally different with a CMV.
There is a waiver form that you can send in to Ottawa, along with $3-400 CN.
Even in Canada, all is forgiven once you hand them money.mickimause, tynodine and harlycharly55 Thank this. -
