Doesn't Farm2Fleet work with teams? I remember reading a thread on here about a couple that ran for them and did real good.

Why would they wait to put it on your dac? Maybe EW is right and they base it on the severity. I figured SNI would have put them on there so I was surprised not to find them. Just figured I'd ask and see how SNI handles DAC. Seems like no one here knows for sure.

 

If SNI keeps you employed and reported it to DAC then your CSA score goes up which in turn reflects on SNI, If they fire you and report it then it doesn't affect their CSA so the benefit by not reporting it until you are no longer employed by SNI.

 

I heard that if your heart rate goes over a certain amount during prework physical they will not hire you. Is this just for tanker or all drivers? If this is the case what's the cutoff? I have not done physical labor in a few years. Always got job done at last job but their physical was just blood pressure good your good.

 

They do it for both dry an and tanker

 

I'm not sure of cut off but only company drivers do the Pre work screen. The dot physical is standard for everyone.

 

For work screen just remember to breathe during tasks and not rush it.

Well I may have a tough decision to make. My old company wants me to come back.

 

Why is it a hard decision? How does it compare to what you are doing now?
Also, if they WANT you to come back, try not to jump on their first offer - make 'em sweeten' the pot a bit!
