it's been a couple of years since I was a company driver, so by now, they might have figured out the dodge. Used to be, or as I understood it, that the only time it would show you missing a fuel stop was when there was one assigned, and if you told them you were full, it wouldn't give you an assignment.......but, they're quick learners when it comes to stuff they want to learn about........the other stuff, like how to properly and effectively position equipment or how to properly staff a call center/dispatch, comes a bit slower91B20H8 Thanks this.

Computers do what they are programmed to do. Supportless shift, on the other hand, is erratic and unpredictable.91B20H8 Thanks this.

A computer would be faster and more effective than support shift. Both can easily read off a script.91B20H8 and stevep1977 Thank this.

According to that fuel conference call a few weeks ago, skipping a fuel stop or going somewhere besides the fuel stop given in the solution will affect the score card. However, resubmitting a fuel request and getting a different fuel solution resets the system. Basically as long as you follow a fuel solution (even if it's the third one you've requested), you get credit. Or you can fuel at an OC any time. They also said in that call that we should be requesting a new fuel solution at the start of each work day. I have seen it change because of whatever internal reasoning they use to determine which Pilot I need to use.91B20H8, mickeyrat and stevep1977 Thank this.
