In other news, does anyone know a better way to get to Pageland, SC then US 74? Good Lord Almighty that road sucks when you're heavy. It wasn't much fun BT on the way out either. Darn road ate up so much unplanned time I was stressing getting underneath my next load and getting to safety legal. Had plenty of time as long as things went smoothly (which they did), but I was nervous for a while.

    Having trouble deciphering your post.
If a driver leaves and is still waiting on a bonus they have earned will it be paid out? Could BOLs not Trans-Flowed be traded in exchange for the bonus? The BOL"s are going to be sent in but wondering if holding 1 or 2 back until the last check shows all trips and bonuses have been properly paid out; is it both ethical and reasonable in light of what a few others have suggested regarding receiving, or not, that which has been earned and is due?

Eddy.......just messin with you, bro. As to holding back BOL's in lieu of ensuring your bonus gets paid is a bad idea for a couple of reasons.........First, speaking as a person who has gone as long as a month++ before I transflowed my BOL's, it is clear to me that 99% of the time they don't really need them. I'm pretty sure it's done mostly by computer.......shipment gets picked up, shipment delivers, shipment gets paid.....simple stuff. I think the only time they really need them is for the spot market folks who demand proof of delivery before they'll pay, (and really, then it's just to stretch out the clock by a few days). Second, while I'm not a lawyer, I'm pretty sure those BOL's are not your property; they belong to Schneider.
So, stick around till the bonus pays out......otherwise, I'm pretty sure you won't see it.

You have to be employed with SNI on the Friday bonuses payout in order to get them.
