I have vented within the confines of this truck on his very subject seemingly innumerable times. I book a load that I thought I could make, but then upon further review, I erred. An honest mistake, not an attempt to book every good load on the board. I call in and get the "we're really not supposed to do this" and "you're supposed to know how many hours you have available" tripe.

"Excuse me, Pam...but how many times have I done this in 16 months? (Once...this time.) And how many times has CS screwed things up on their end???"

Pam then starts the " I understand sir, thank you sir, thank you sir" BS to basically shut me down (because she knows my tolerance for this garbage has totally evaporated).

    Very, very frustrating.

You pull in, go ALL THE WAY IN BACK to be alone, not get hit, not have a truck with a major air leak idle next to you all night. Never fails, within 5 minutes, here comes the guy that's going to idle all night with his compressor constantly cycling to park RIGHT BESIDE YOU! OMG WE'RE FRIENDS! No, dude, no. Go away or fix your dang truck that has undoubtedly had that same friggin' leak for over a year. I don't mind a truck idling, but hearing "PFFTTT"..."SLLLUUUURRRPP"...."PFFFFFT"..."SLUUUURP" all night really gets me down.

You mean to tell me that the single sheet of paper on the floor that they use as a friction mat didn't prevent this?
