Some places they simply don't, and will never, have a clue about empties. Best example is WalMart. Schneider has no clue what trailers are loaded or empty there.

All depends if the trailer sends a signal. If the tracker don't work, they don't know. I spent two hours arguing with them telling me a trailer was mty and it was loaded.

I'm in the Bentonville DC almost weekly, and they never have a clue.
Only way they would know is if somebody at the wallyworld DC was letting them know, and those guys use every trailer possible to store cardboard.
