Missed mine because of 6% OOR instead of 2% OOR. Too bad, I'm not gonna waste my time running their goat paths everywhere. You should have seen the percentage on the scorecard it showed like -130% LOL.

ethos, is it hard to get your bonus as a trainer? Do they show any mercy on you because sometimes you run into issues caused by a student instead of yourself?

2% OOR is redeckilous, here's why; we are paid by the miles from zip code to zip code. When you receive navigo dispatch it is almost always 2% to 3% further than paid miles. So we are already at or slightly above the limit before the first mile is drivin. Now, if you hit a road detour, drive to a nearby cat scale, ect. Your at 4% to 5%. You are right, you waste a lot of your hours driving all of those backroads that the navigo sends you just to save a few overall miles.

Unless it has changed since I left there 20 months ago, the OOR miles are based upon your routed miles, not your paid miles.

Either way, I'm glad I'm not having to deal with some pay being dangled in front of my nose on a quarterly basis.

The 2% oor is based on the routed miles, not the paid miles. Whatever route Jill generates is the mileage that oor is based on. My oor is -1.0% so 2% is easily obtainable.

Interesting, that sounds much better and fair. There might be some hope for me on this metric after all. Currently at 5%. Although, like Dieselfuelonly I quite following the navigo system from point to point some months ago. I now write out my own route and only use the navigo for the last 20 miles or so. Thanks for enlightening me.

No it's easier. My onguard kept going out which caused my overspeed to go high. I think I am about done trying to hit the bonus. One less thing to worry about.
They said I should have taken it to the shop. Now anybody knows that Onguard comes and goes, what was I supposed to do?

There is no offical adjustment to the bonus metrics for TEs but there is a glitch that compensates for the "your turn is coming up in one mile, your turn is the next street, this is your turn, that WAS your turn" type issues.

OOR is calculated on routed miles (navigps route) compared to the miles logged in the performance monitor. If I'm only doing 1/3 of the driving but getting credit for all the planned miles then my OOR sits -25%down or more. Real OOR is around.5% but the wiggle room caused by Oracles math error makes up for inaccurate etas and noncompliany fuel stops.
