Schneider National's only customer is Schneider Logistics and all the shippers are customers of Schneider Logistics.

There's a buffer between The drivers and the shippers (Schneider Logistics) therefore the rate is based off what Schneider Logistics pays Schneider National not what shipper actually pays.

It's like Schneider Finance owns the equipment and leases to Schneider National in case of a catastrophic lawsuit the equipment is protected from loss due to liability because it's leased not owned by Schneider National.

It's all a way to be able to manipulate the system to protect the corporation.
