I have a lot of risks and a lot of upside. If no upside why bother.

I said "little upside" not "no upside". I will assume you are a fellow IC so you know what I mean.

You are really good at name calling, I will give you that. Beyond that, I'm not so sure, the answer was given to you and you still won't acknowledge it, because you know everything and no one can tell you different.

Enjoy your time here, it won't last long with your attitude. Good day.

My time at Punkin will be approximately 5 more weeks. Cause then I'll have year in the last 3, cause ABF, YRC, SAIA, CENTRAL will not count my mixer time, I'm already in Local 104, but I'm no one's son, I have already been told c'mon back when you have the year, insurance blah, blah, OK fine.

And not withstanding the fact the take huge advantage of their drivers, it's the attitude of people like you, or that company monkey instructor that makes it so lousy. Our dispatcher worked nights for years in GB to get his position, now he has himself a little driver seal team, and he doesn't care what we do.

It's a training company, I cannot EVEN imagine going OTR in a truck with a top speed of 60 on E LOG's, OMFG. That's why you find guys dead in their sleeper, they tell you they died from heart attacks, but what really happened is they hung themselves with that F/U QUALCOMM.

It's not going to bother me one way or the other if they survive or don't survive for another 3 minutes.

not for nothing, its a pretty hard line you draw against a company thats fit your needs(mostly I guess) for home.

    just an observation. bash away.

Dunno, last 2 guys I worked for were on paper, we'll see what OOIDA does. CEMEX made sure you never went over 70, but they also operated under the local rule where you could drive / be on duty for 14 hours a day and you would fill out a log page for days over 12 and simply put 6 hours on duty, 6 hours driving, You were allowed to drive be on duty one day a week for 16 hours. That was 70/7 days system.
Schneider your not allowed to do that because they operate OTR on the 70/8 and you only get use one system per MC number, so local has to play by those rules as well.
Even if they do force the other players I know into e log, my truck was governed at the snail pace of 94. Being as 99% of my stuff was in AZ, UT, CO, NM, TX, where you can turn that dude up and make some time it would tolerable I suppose, or get the old truck, I'll cross that bridge when it comes.
