Must be sending too many bobtails into P&G in Green Bay now too. Loads are getting pushed out. Really jacked my day.

someone who understands corporate mentality.........ever wonder why the only thing they'll bust your balls on (insofar as logs go), is fueling without going "on duty". It's because it's the only thing they can prove. Everything else is 'plausible deniability'.
When the lawyer goes to sue you and Schneider for running into someone because you went to sleep or you were texting, the first thing they'll ask is, "how were these people trained and what was the culture.". The quarterly videos cover all these bases.

That's a valid point but in this particular 11 hour instance, it wasn't the case. I'm too tired to go through the whole story and you're probably not that interested but long story short, I actually knew the wrecker operator. Their shop is a town away from where I live. He showed me exactly when they received the call after i was ragging on him for being so slow. I saw right on his tablet thing, it was a solid 7 hours after I initially called SEM. He's the owner and he gets the calls directly.

That and Schneider requested roadside first which made zero sense. They knew it had to be towed Maybe it was Townet or whatever 3rd party they use I can't remember, who dropped the ball. But the lack of communication from Schneider lead me to think otherwise. Usually they call with status updates and the like. This time there was zero contact.

The towing operator has to remove the driveshaft of your truck in order to avoid damaging the automatic transmission...this takes at least 25+ minutes, not sure because I fell asleep in the tow truck while he was working on it

The forecast says rain all week in Ohio. I can only imagine Obetz by the end of the week. Should be interesting!
