It was a tester I'm guessing. I've seen some random older Volvo and Pete company trucks. I have yet to see a Prostar though. Glad to hear about the weight loss. Don't sweat the resolution runners. They'll be gone by Feb. Lame pun definitely intended.

Ha! Don't we all? We drive for 11 hours a day, deal with pain in the butt customers and insane 4 wheelers and nasty truck drivers....then come on here to talk about more trucking

Did @duddie ever go over to LS?
-
Once you go to LS... You will never be heard again. People quit posting because its the same ole thing.

Thanks man, yes sadly it's true that 95% of them will be gone by February.
I figured it was a trial truck also, I know the Chicago intermodal yard has/had a couple of International daycabs. I had a Prostar at my old company, with EPU, I liked it but it drank oil like no other. I was told this was normal, whatever, I'm not the one paying for the oil lol.
Btw, don't get carried away with that extra 3mph, ya speed demon

Ha. I have to add checking that my curvy road decals are still on as part of my mid trip inspection now. 63's cool I guess until I realized that I'm now part of or gaining on all those packs that used to slowly pass me by and eventually be out of sight out of mind. I pretty much ran 60 all day anyway. Yesterday was too windy and from midnight til 7:30 this morning it was dark obviously and I don't run full speed in the dark.
I finished my 30 break right after the sun came up, put my shades on and said "Alright now. Let's like this firecracker." Pulled out onto 80 and wound up running into an absurd amount of JB Hunt parades for the majority of the rest of the day. I think I'll save the extra speed for when I need it like before or when I have more than 20 seconds to make the pass before the next truck is breathing down my neck.milehunter43 Thanks this. -
I know, but some have to figure it out on their own.

I've gotta say that this feels a whole lot like the military. Hurry up and wait. Right now I'm waiting on an email from the school to tell me when where and what to bring. Then I'll have to wait until next Monday the head to the hotel.
