Schneider Chat Room version 2.0

I've been gone over 3 years now and they still call me. I give them my demands of .52/mile average LOH of 1000 miles no northeast home weekends avg 2900 miles per week and I promptly get hung up on.

 

I've been trying to get my stupid CARB exemption certificate submitted to my ICA for over a month now. My ICR, who shall go unnamed, keeps intercepting my Transflo numbers for it and failing to pass it onto her. If I try to call in to talk to her in person, he unfailingly answers, won't transfer my call, and then fails to give her the message to call me. I give up. In a year on Choice, I've had 4 ICA's, and more ICR's than I can count.

 

Wow..if your phone is capable of signing documents do it that way and email it to them..that's what I did...

 

Take a picture and emailed it to him. That's what I did. I was 2 weeks late sending mine in.

I finally did get it emailed to her directly. Of course, having been through a billion ICAs in the last year, I had to first obtain her email address. ><

 

Wow...I still have the same ica/icr from when start 20mos ago...I guess I ended up with one's who stick around..lol

 

My primary ICA has changed (former one left the industry), but the woman I always end up dealing with...the one I always have to explain things twice to, is still there.

Had my first mechanical failure the other day, other than the alignment issues the first year. Coolant valve for the DEF system failed. 226k miles. It's under warranty, thank goodness, as the part alone is right at a grand. Otherwise, just counting the months to my eventual exit while earning a few bucks. Things just seem to get stupider and stupider both at Schneider and industry-wide.
