    first raise in effect at start of shift last night.

    Second raise will take effect May 1. This is the fleetwide COLA raise.

    Next one will be in Oct.

    Then next May then top out next year in Oct with the annual May raise going forward

    Already my net is equitable to my usual gross with SNI.

    An ic who used to be an osr sent the ops mgr in Charlotte a response to his statement about quit calling between 1700 & 1900...well isn't supposed to be 7-7?...he told him the problem is on the company side with the constant lack of communication...

    meanwhile in LTLland a driver now makes .58cpm plus $22.40 hr for d/h and fueling and other work done outside of driving...........

    Wait, what is happening with these raises? Where is this coming from. Looking at my settlement this week, I got bumped up to .46

    don't hate on Rat until you understand what he does.....I was the manager for those people for 25 years and I can tell you right now, I wouldn't do it. But, 'grats to Rat. Holla back in a couple of years and let us know how much you're loving it.
