It was a hard decision made easier by a TAH on a Fri that didn't happen till a Sun

 

No the usual is having a driver run 60 miles oor to relay a load for absolutely no reason, thus making OTD impossible.

No the usual is waiting until 30 minutes after the NAT has passed to assign a relay that's been sitting on the yard foe three days making the driver need to drive hard to make the appointment.

No the usual is sending a message to support shift about updating the work assignment, waiting an hour then calling in and requesting a call back, waiting two hours before getting a message asking if you've picked up the load yet.

No the usual is being told "you're very good at your job, but you're at the top of the pay scale for your position and since we need you in this role we won't consider you for a promotion" (And we wonder why CS sucks?)

I'm still here! Of course I'm dedicated so I don't know if I count.

 

Company, dedicated, ic ,intermodal or whatever I don't think any of us truly count in Green Bay, but the office folks do!
