It's a totally different company, atmosphere and business model than it was 10 yrs ago.

 

Howso? I made a post asking about this a couple years back, but nobody ever answered me. I was just generally curious how they are doing things nowadays.

 

Every aspect is micro managed.

The culture in corporate is anti driver.

Their hiring standards have dropped.

They manipulate the load board.

Maintenance is sub par.

They're a public company.

The blatantly lie.

They're in constant change mode.

Their are more chiefs than Indians

Safety isn't first....ie. maintenance. Hiring standards

 

I had, without insulting anyone, noticed that the hiring standards had lowered. I heard they were doing hair drug testing for a while, which almost seemed like hilarious overkill...maybe now they'll take whoever can pass a medical test.

 

Micromanaging as in trying to tell their drivers how and when to drive? I always found that cute. Never lasted long with me. Lol
