Thank you! Basically that's what I'm going to have to do. I hope to pass it. If I don't Hopefully they will let me train for a few days.

Atlanta. I start Tuesday. How long is the CAT program?
-
Ours is around 4 weeks. I think they are generally 5 but we were told Indy is doing a pilot program that cuts 1 week out.Diesel73 Thanks this.
-
Good luck to you both.Turtlelegs and Opus Thank this.

Yeah i had 3 months experience 4 years ago and they were going to start me experienced. I didnt feel good about that

Dude in my 'experienced' class was pretty much the same way.
He busted his road check and they told him he could stay for 2 weeks of training, (paid with hotel room), but he declined.
Good callBack2truckin Thanks this. -
All went well. I passed everything the first time. Road test went well. It came back to me after a few minutes. Felt good to be in the drivers seat again. The automatic trans is a little jumpy but that should get smoother with time. Also, the tablet features will take a little getting used to but the HOS is still the same. Now I'm just waiting for a truck and the journey will begin again.lual Thanks this.

Awesome, I want to go woth them and emailed my recruiter, but I explained I am worried they might not give me training if I fail. Did anyone fail and get extra training??
Diesel73 Thanks this.
