It may be on the CBTs, I did not check there. I do remember DVIR requirements there but do not remember anything about when a "no DVIR required" entry is required.
Likewise, I was unable to find when this entry is required in the training book or Schneider policies on the tablet, and my DBL and another driver were unable to answer the question.
My DBL said I had missing DVIRs, which wasn't exactly true. I did them as required by law, but failed to enter "no DVIR required" for days I didn't need to do one.
But now I have it clear. I appreciate the help.

curious. sni allowing 11/14 clock exceptions due to accident, weather etc?
-
Depends, did the driver have enough time to get to safe/legal when they pulled out? How predictable was the delay?
First time it's generally not at thing, second time in a short time span you have to talk to someone like me, third time it becomes "problematic" -
information gathering. in contact with a new driver. 15 over 11 today. they wanted to know consequences.
-
Minimal. Just send a free form with "this is what happened, this is what I will do to.prevent it in the future ". And remind him to use yard move whenever possible - saves on the 11 and gets him paid more.

This week has been rough for us involving tires. The first trailer we picked up had a flat with low tread. We checked it before our 34 so it was ready to go on Sunday.
On the way back to our DC a drive tire had low pressure. Still not sure why - it hasn't lost any air since we filled it.
The trailer we picked up Monday at the DC had a flat. Then the trailer we swapped out at the store had a nail in a tire.
Four trailers - three flats & a low drive tire. -
The trailer we got this morning had a flat and another tire that needed replaced.
