Yes they told me 5 days of training local and then I'm on my own.

 

I have a question for some of you Schneider veterans. I am a new driver and have been solo for only 3 weeks. I have had one face to face meeting with my DBL. I have called him numerous times but have never gotten through to him. I leave a voice mail for him to call but he has never returned one single call. Last week I was in the OC an hour before he was supposed to get off but he had already left for the day. The next day he had not arrived by mid morning when I left. DSR did not know why he wasn't in.

I don't want to make waves but I would like to get a new DBL. Is there a way to request a new DBL? I don't want to be denied and then this DBL have a grudge against me and make my life miserable.

Advice please.

 

Next time you are at the OC, go talk to the OC Manager and bring up your concerns. That is how I got a new DBL when I was first hired.

Same advice, OC manager should be able to help.

 

Are you having issues? I rarely see my dbl, I try to avoid them
