    Apparently yes. Saw another thread about this in the accident section. Supposedly the driver had to swerve to avoid someone that cut across his nose

    guess we treat cars that do this like deer then? That way if the car gets hit THEY can possibly be cited for unsafe lane change?

    Little bit of time with a pry bar and a stick welder and that frame'll be good as new

    Seriously though glad to see it (appears) the driver was OK

    Not necessarily. I'm regional and I run 5 and 2 (home for a 34 hour restart on the weekends). My TE I was with in December does the same thing.
