Recruiting bonus...Now that’s funny. Can you show me the link or article, about being caught. Also, I don’t know jack about leasing a truck through SNI.

You've been posting for Schneider since as early as 2011. Nice try.

I'm just trying to find out if Schneiders choice load board is a good next logical step for us. I've been Company for 2yrs. I've leased for 2 yrs. I now paid cash for a Truck, started an LLC, HAVE OVER 30k cash in the bank.

To me it seems like a logical next step. Just wanting an opinion from an actual BTDT... OO in here. Thanks

It's what I did, and I have no regrets. Might want to look at Landstar as well.

Depends on what you expect. In a lot ways, other than the load board, SNI could be a step back. SNI exerts a lot of control on you as a driver.

Start paying attention to the trucks you see on the road. Look who's running company trucks and who's running leased o/o's. Talk to those drivers, research and contact those companies. There's a lot of mid size -100 to 300 trucks - companies out there. You want to be able to find your own frieght, not just pick from the freight a company makes available to you.

Can you use a Bluetooth while you're driving?

If you've got a truck and cash in the bank then I would look elsewhere. SNI is not a good company. Some do have success there and they like it, nothing wrong with that. But for the majority that want to be an independent contractor it's not a good fit.

Rickybobby has a truck that's paid off and he does well there and he likes it. He can give you good advice from that standpoint.

Bottom line is if you lease on to any company taking 25% or more your income is going to be very limited. The rates don't differ between these types of companies that much across the board.

No you can't unless they changed the contract this last time. You're not even allowed to use a CB while driving if you follow Schneider law.
