Dude, what are you trying too accomplish here?

I'm just trying to find out if Schneiders choice load board is a good next logical step for us. I've been Company for 2yrs. I've leased for 2 yrs. I now paid cash for a Truck, started an LLC, HAVE OVER 30k cash in the bank.
To me it seems like a logical next step. Just wanting an opinion from an actual BTDT... OO in here. ThanksAamcotrans Thanks this. -
It's what I did, and I have no regrets. Might want to look at Landstar as well.

Start paying attention to the trucks you see on the road. Look who's running company trucks and who's running leased o/o's. Talk to those drivers, research and contact those companies. There's a lot of mid size -100 to 300 trucks - companies out there. You want to be able to find your own frieght, not just pick from the freight a company makes available to you.Last edited: Jul 9, 2018

Rickybobby has a truck that's paid off and he does well there and he likes it. He can give you good advice from that standpoint.
Bottom line is if you lease on to any company taking 25% or more your income is going to be very limited. The rates don't differ between these types of companies that much across the board.
sealevel Thanks this.
