to correct myself, 3 months, its like a quarterly contract, got extended once for another 4 months. I don't know that I am under a different term until you all raising a flag on me, and telling me this new agreement. Apparently I was excluded from all of it.

Now that I think of it, it maybe a waste of time for me to keep calling SNI to get an answer; because I wasn't even treated fairly from the beginning.

Are you under your own authority working with Schneider?

I am just the same as any other SNI owner operator; I self dispatch through http://schneiderowneroperators.com/; I was told to provide a tax ID so I did; I registered a company in CA and they pay directly to my company. I bought a used truck from SNI so I don't have to make monthly payments like other ppl who lease.

I mean did I missed something here that caused me to be under a different term? Maybe I should have ask other OP about the contract in the beginning, to make sure that I am on the same page as others.

If you are on a "quarterly contract" as you say then yes you are definitely running under different terms than the rest of us.

I really thank you for your consistent responses; now that I learned that SNI has been treating me differently, I am not sure if this is discrimination because race, but am really disappointed either way. Appearently no one here has similar experience as I have. I going to try to call the number a few more times, if still the same then I'll just move on.

If anyone here can give me a few company names that you think might be good to look into, I will appreciates it very much. SNI is my 1st company that I work with as OP, so I don't have much knowledge of others. So far I heard suggestions of UPS, Interstate distributors, and Swift.

I think this guy is owed an apology, he had proven beyond a doubt that those that were calling home a liar just don't know what they are taking about.

    Let's see who man's up.

I finally able to speak to someone; the reason they gave me is that I didn't pass the review the 2nd time. that they review every quarter to determine whether to extend the contract or not. I have no idea what review is he talking about. He would not give me details of the "review"..but whatever it is..I find it kind of BS.

If SNI thinks that hitting the gate and a pole (which they cannot even tell you where is the damaged, and the pole is already broken previously), is something very major for me to failed the review, then so be it.

I made a late delivery only once because I wasn't aware of the time differences, but loads were delivered successfully and didn't effect any other loads or anyone.

I mean do SNI review you guys every 4 months so they can terminate your contract early?

Again, If anyone here can give me a few company names that you think might be good to look into, I will appreciates it very much.

Are they terminating your contract due preventable accidents?

And was that reported by you to both customer and SNI? With their trailer?
