I wasn't aware of the those accidents at all, that they claimed I damaged a stupid pole (this one I didn't report it, which I swear its broken when I first see it), and a hit a gate (which they cannot tell me where is the damaged area right on the spot) - I still reported. I scratch another truck while trying to exit the gate because the entrance its too narrow; the other party's truck is fine, you cannot see any scratches. I report it proproperly.
I guess these are very important factors to SNI, and I assume all drivers in SNI has never hit a pole or a gate in their life while working with SNI

If incidents were reported by others and not you , you're #### skippy they would terminate.
As company driver I would be fired for 3 seperate incidents within a year . Doesnt matter there was little to no damage or what the cost was. Shows a pattern of behavior.
At least you have some heads up to find someone else to lease onto.Lone Ranger 13, xlsdraw and truckerdreamer Thank this. -

3 preventable incidents within a year and you're terminated/cannot be hired.
I was told this when I applied... I had two as a company driver before I join.
They were extremely minor so yes everything you hit counts! -
