Schneider Choice Program

because everyone says that then 95% whine n cry about it. it happened last year to me when they closed tx to hiring.

any possibility of changing the address on your cdl?

 

All the places I could think of to send mail all are no hire places. May have to ask my cousin about renting some room in his mailbox he lives around Indy. You think they will let it slide if I suddenly have to "relocate" back to ks later??

 

You will have to get an Indiana drivers license. Once u are hired tho, and on the board, you can move to where ever u want.

 

you wouldnt be the first to move for a job. however living in a state with an out of state license can suck

 

is kinda funny. I was told they were on a big push to hire owner operators. I figured they had opened up the whole country

 

I just started on the choice program a couple of months ago. Live south of Minneapolis and was looking for tanker but they would only put me on van. They are still offering referral bonuses for O/Os.

 

they are, just the choice program has limits. They will hire anyone for otr on the mileage side.

 

that's weird. They were begging me to go do tanker, and they just started a big campaign to get more bulk drivers

 

When you decided to go back to QC did Schneider try to make you any offers to bring you over to bulk?

 

I haven't told Schneider that I left yet. Wanted to make sure I got my last check 1st and make sure everything was what QC said it would be. I'll be making that call to SNI today
