I wasn't saying good , bad or indifferent as far as the how much he was making.. Just stating what was relayed to me.. And yes sir he has a Lease truck the SNI..
I will say that I stay out for 10-14 days at a time.. AND I'm being 100% honest about my income I have really great weeks where every thing lines up and weeks where they don't... I average out after all expenses (being truck payment, insurance, fuel and maintance account) aprox 1500/week.. Now I was down for 4 weeks having a new engine put in my truck at SNI's expense.. and I don't run north east or out west this time of the year.. So if your willing to truly chase the frieght I think you could do a lot better than me.. And I'm totally honest I've only been doing this since July 1st so I still have more to learn.. but I'm getting there and working at it every week.. Also if you have a situation where you have a better half at home that can watch the load board for you, you will do a lot better b/c loads post out during the day some at night , but mostly during the day, so you would have a better shot at getting a great or better load than maybe me.. just being honest

I'm looking into Schneider choice.....i have experience as a lease operator...is it hard to make money and what are the best freight lanes....also are the newer trucks expensive?

How is the choice program for someone who runs 21-26 days a month? I have my own truck. Looking to come out of the Central Wisconsin area.

Any updates from the SNI choice drivers?

I like choice / pick your own freight/ no problems. Get on loadboard/ book freight 24/7 no agents or dispatchers getting in your way of making money. I've been driving for 9 years, never been totally happy at a company until now. FREEDOM! Finally what a great feeling @ Schneider. I run everything east of I-35, O/O $1600-$2600 per wk. (avg. bring home pay) L/O $1000-$2000 per wk/// it is what you make it. Up to you on how hard you want to run. Good luck Drivers

How is SNI Choice treating everyone these days??
-
The loads are getting scarce. It's getting harder to put deals together. Rates are all over the board. But you can make a descent living running choice. I would not lease a truck through SNI!

So are you having to sit or DH a lot? Not what I wanted to hear!
