SNI uses wireless technology (thru cell phone network) to monitor your compliance. If your current CPAP doesn't have the correct connection( i.e. sd slot) then the will loan you one that complies at no cost to you. When your insurance kicks in In 60 days, they will give you a new one and all the supplies at not cost to you. It has nothing to do with fuel economy OMG! Some of the mis information that people come up with on here is amazing!
