Hello,
I am signing up to work for Schneider. With all of the dollar general stores shutting down. Should I just go to work with their regional division instead of the dollar general dedicated account? Any insight will be helpful

Unless your 53-ft van backing skills are nothing short of A - MA - ZING...you will definitely want to pass up on ANY job delivering to any of the "dollar" stores: DG, Family Dollar, etc.
Get another dedicated acct (like Home Depot, or maybe even Walmart)...or just go regional, instead.
And thus -- you have been adequately warned.

Most of the trailers I c on dollar general are 48 foot but being new it can still be challenging just getting into the store .If you’re running the same stores it gets easier because you know what to do from past experience .Running irregular routes on regional can also be challenging constantly going to new places. So I would want to know if you will have a set route doing DG or just running everywhere if running everywhere you might be better off doing regional until you get more comfortable with the truck and trailer
