A few years ago, but starting a new division from scratch is hard. If you start with dedicated freight you can build your driver base, equipment and internal structuredd around stability, then expand into the open market via backhaul then system type freight. The last wordI had (several years ago) was SNI wanted to diversify. We tried to get into refeers at the same time, but it looks like thsst was an abject failure.

no, I don't think so. They had a red and black paint scheme, so maybe it's part of the "Final Mile" thingy
