Even a lot of theic's on the Facebook page even ones that have been behind Schneider for a while are now saying Schneider is essentially for all intents and purposes putting themselves in a real bind because this could be illegal concerning Miss classification to start with

ChicagoJohn and Golden Goose Thank this.

Yeah but just remember, Schneider has a catch all phrase in the contract that says either party can cancel the contract for any reason. Yes though, they are definately walking the line between employee and contractor.

It's an agreement not a contract.

    Contracts are negotiated.

Makes me a fool if I sign the New Owner operator agreement that's coming out to replace the ICOA.

Even some staunch supporters that I know of sni even now admit sni might just crossing the line on classification rules by mandating equipment on owners trucks that employees already have to use..

    TennMan Thanks this.

They'll cover their butt in the new operating agreement.

They think they'll never be hit with a class action suit.

Ambiguous worded agreement we volunteer to sign.

    Golden Goose Thanks this.
