Even a lot of theic's on the Facebook page even ones that have been behind Schneider for a while are now saying Schneider is essentially for all intents and purposes putting themselves in a real bind because this could be illegal concerning Miss classification to start with

Yeah but just remember, Schneider has a catch all phrase in the contract that says either party can cancel the contract for any reason. Yes though, they are definately walking the line between employee and contractor.
