Schneider Intermodal Good Or Bad?

I was wondering about Schneider also. Their website says new intermodal drivers go to Chicago for intermodal training.

 

They pay by percentage of load and you can either have a sleeper or day can dePending on what they got freight liner and they have their own containers and chassis make sure you guys bring zip ties with you

 

Nope talked to one of there recruiters and a few of their drivers that is what they told me. I ended up getting a different job.

 

I'm in orientation also, thanks for starting this I'm looking to get as much info as possible. I'm an owner we get pay miles running out of norfolk va. We run regional va, nc and md

 

What's the process of getting in and out the port with schneider?
