No problem! What's the jobs market like in DFW?
There seems to be a lot going on in Houston. I called and talked to a recruiter from Schneider today who said for new CDL grads they have tanker OTR @ .44c/mi, regional system freight going both east & west, and also a dedicated BASF reefer run @ .47c/mi that averages 2k mi a week.
Taking everything a recruiter says w/ a grain of salt, that still seem not bad just starting out.
Schneider Intermodal local, what's it paying?

Speaking as someone who has pulled both cans and tanks, I don't know anyone ones gone from tanker to Intermodel or would want to. Pay wise your much better you stay in tanking and get out of schneider after you get a year experience.
slim shady and RookieJ1987 Thank this. -

I've been looking at a Schnedier intermodal position out of a port in Eddystone, PA and running OH, PA, and WV. They claim up to 54 cents a mile but I haven't scrutinized it yet. Those of you working intermodal, what do you hate about it? And does anyone on here run this Schneider account?

That's a schneider thing. Most local tank jobs pay more, a lot more sometimes. Best I ever did at SNI Intermodel was low 60's, but admittedly I only worked the flex board and did the best paying work.

Very hard to believe.
Unless your talking scheider tanker.
Their probably the lowest paid tanker outfit aroundChicagoJohn Thanks this. -
Yeah it was, one was local and the other OTR.
