To be honest man I don't want to unload a truck. I'm lazy I'd be the first to admit, mainly because me and Fed Ex have crossed paths once before; didn't end pretty. The main goal is to do this for a couple of years then go owner operator to do my own thing. I hate working for other people, but I hate unloading for other people even more.

I run 11 western. May is the Swift of the northwest, especial in the winter. If the road is closed because of a rollover or jack knife, there's a good chance it's a May truck.
a-trucker123 and SHOJim Thank this. -
That’s why they are called May. Not getting the truck out of the snow til then.

I worked for both May and Schneider, of the two I'd probably go with Schneider. Better driver lounges and showers etc. and a bigger company with more types of jobs available.Rocknroller4 and TurkeyisLife Thank this.

I have a friend I was in CDL school with and he went Schneider Jet set.....don't do it.....imagine this...u go on home time and they fly u home.....u have to clean your truck out....u return from home time and go to a new location and have to bring all your stuff to the new location.....jet set is not worth the hassle.
ghostcookie and TurkeyisLife Thank this.
