Wasn't there a noon looking for a starter company that was a little more selective? I guess there's two of them.

basically it goes like this. .... if a company is hiring drivers with little or no experience it is because of not able to get enough experienced drivers and it's not because of any driver shortage it's because they can't find enough experienced drivers willing to work for what they are paying or more important the working conditions. if you are an experienced driver working for one of these companies you are in compitition with the lower paid new drivers for loads and if you are smart enough to lease a truck from one of these companies you are in compitition with the company drivers sometimes things work out most of the time it doesn't. but you have to start out somewhere so pick your poison and get your year in and then find a good job

    Kalvin407 and Metallica88 Thank this.

R&L Carriers is hiring new cdl grads now; teams run 5 days out and 2 days at home.
That's over $100K for each driver.

    Metallica88 Thanks this.

Word on the street is Freymiller is getting really desperate for drivers. Maybe it's the driver facing cameras and slow trucks?
