Schneider or Covenant

One of the selling points for covenant with me and hubby was that they train teams together in the same truck. Covenants training is a month, Schneider is a week. We felt that the long term training was better, because it's 80k lbs of deadly force in motion, and we wanted to be safe. We got an awesome trainer, and are still friends with him.
And yes, our dispatch team is awesome. They treat us like gold, and we treat them like gold back. We joke and have great discussions. They do everything we ask, and we do our jobs to the best of our ability. If they ever ask anything of us, we agree and do our best. We interact with other team dispatchers too, and most are really funny ppl who take their jobs seriously. Not all of them have been truckers, and that can lead to misunderstandings, but if you do your job and treat them with respect, they'll always do their best for you.
