jOh and by the way...I. from Chicago. I live cold country. My first year driving back in 94 it got down to 50° below zero wind chill. They shut interstates down conditions were so bad. Lol. Say after orientation how many weeks I go out with trainer?

I feel the same as you. You been to the terminal yet? Lyn and Danny invited me out to come by and practice. What day you headed out there? I might stop by there tomorrow.

No I don't have one but she said something about the 30 the possibly. I was in the truck at school and had hard time hearing her but I know she said Danny will call this week and to possibly come by. Maybe I'll see you there and maybe well be in same orientation. Well keep me up to date on what's going on and I'll do the same.

 

As long as Danny is in charge at Gary, you will be setup for success. He is such a stand out guy willing to help and listen. He will tell you straight up how things are and won't sugar coat anything. Some guys don't take that well though.

 

Every truck I drove at May was equipped with a bunk heater. If it ever broke down and I needed to idle until it was fixed, May never charged me for that. Not sure where you got that info.
