I was a Trainer for Schneider Bulk, the vast majority of students go through the program and have no need of additional supervised training. If they or the trainer feels that they need more time then it is given. What good is 325 hrs of team training? What good is 3 months? The length of training doesn't always translate into better training. If I was a newbie and some company wanted me to train for 3 months I would laugh at them. Good God 3 months!

I'd stay away. I went through FFEs training program and while it got me my CDL, there are a lot of better routes to go.
