Keep pestering your recruiter at Swift. I called to check on mine and she couldn't give me a date. 5 minutes later she called because of a cancellation. I am going 2/09. Stay fresh in their mind. Keep calling until you get the person, not the voicemail.

Last week when I called Schneider they wanted 6 months. Different areas!

Jim bet you will do good at Maverick. I just hope you get there on time!

I would say SNI. I drove for them for a year and a half and would recommend them to anyone. I would go back if I could.

Not anymore. All new trucks at US X are equipped with manual transmissions. They had too many problems with automatics, so about two years ago they switch to 9- and 10-speed.
