I'd say about 50% of the general circulation orange Schneider trailers I get need at least one tire replaced. I do mostly blame this on other drivers that just don't care. I will say that Schneider has no problem sending out road service to replace tires, so I can usually just get them done while I'm on my 10. The dedicated fleet trailers are usually in better condition.

 

@simpatico, since you asked about hauling tanks, and you sound like you're having 2nd thoughts about Schneider (and rightly so)--have you looked into working with US Cryo Carriers, LGT Transport, or maybe Genox?

Each of those works with drivers like you.

If you're hurting for work--the cryo world will indeed keep you quite busy....
