I apologize, but I'm not understanding the 'incident vs no incident. Do you mean 'at fault and not at fault? Or cited vs not being cited? SNI thinks a a bird crapping on your truck is a preventable accident and they won't hesitate to put it on your DAC. Did you tell tell SNI about your minor accident before you applied?
At this time sni. They ask me to call rebuttal. Do u know what does it mean rebuttal? And what they work?
I believe they're talking about the DAC report. Your previous carrier must've put something negative on it. DAC is now called Hire Right. You have to call and get a copy to see what's on it. If something is wrong, you dispute it. But you have to have documentation to support your claim.
Man don't worry.. SNI isn't the greatest company out there anymore.. With Elogs you could run for any of the big companies and still come out the same. Its not even a competition anymore... reminds me of when the mobsters from different areas all came together in the movie Mobsters.. and decided they'd make more money working together than competing... and out came the Elogs mandate. Pfft F them. Just go with another company that doesn't mind your past.
