Do you have to scan in trip sheets to get paid for the load? If so, what is the cutoff date for payroll? Most carriers I've worked for have been on the "honor system", where they pay you for any load completed by Sunday whether they have the bills yet or not. Only my 2nd week in the truck with Schneider, they really didn't discuss much in orientation aside from how to use the Qualcomm.

Hit departed, paid for the load. Expenses need to be in by noonish Tuesday to pay out on Friday.
ExOTR Thanks this. -
need to scan for sure, but not as a requirement for pay.
your dbl sees the completed loads, does his thing and by tuesday sometime payroll has the payment info. throughout the week you will see individual loads show up on crossroads for that weeks settlement.ExOTR Thanks this. -

I'd suggest the app for Transflo. I've never used a fax machine since leaving training. All done in my truck on my phone.

You'll get paid if you don't scan, but will be bothered about it after a while.

Oh boy, I think I forgot to transflo the last three weeks worth of ppw. Thanks for the reminder! Gives me something to do while I'm in this door!
