Schneider Phone interview coming up

hey man i got a phone interview with Kim on Sunday too thourgh schinder, I was wondring what can i expect, What kind of qustions is she gonna ask, Im a little worried because I didnt tell the truth on how long i was at a recent job. I said i was there for 10 months when i was only there for 6. Is this interview more a formaillty because people who get this far are going to get the job anyways?? Any information would help me. Ditto this! I had my phone interview a couple of weeks ago. On the application I misread a question and answered that I had not been convicted of a DUI. The question actually asked something to the effect of "Have you ever been convicted or charged with a DUI" Twenty years ago, I was charged, but got a diversion. I thought this would have expunged it from my record, but no. The recruiter asked me this question and I answered no. He then said "Well, what about this incident in 1991?" I was kind of stunned that A: It showed up on my record; and B: That they had found it. Just tell the truth.
