Schneider Racist Hypocrites

As a female that's worked for Schneider for years, ######## on the claims of sexism. You'll see actual sexism in trucking out in the big wide world, but never once did I see it from trainers, DBLs, ICAs, or what have you. Get so tired of females throwing around the SEXISM! claim every time THEY fail to live up to expectations. It's tough, lady, suck it up and improve. I watched MULTIPLE people in orientation be give TONS of chances to prove themselves. Several were even given extra time out with trainers in the hopes they'd get better. Some people just aren't safe to put behind the wheel, period. Sorry, there is no participation trophy in trucking, your "feelings" aren't more important than safety or the lives of others on the road around you.

I hate Target...Best Buy but Wally World does pay their drivers darn good...
My point was if the mega freight companies cannot get drivers...they will raise rates.

It is typical for a trainer/TE (or whatever you want to call them) to get a bonus (at training companies that I'm familiar with) for trainees after they complete a certain number of months of safe driving. So it is in the trainer's best interest to have as many trainees as possible become drivers and get those bonuses.

Unless you have some evidence to support a "fail quota" I'm calling sour grapes on this one. If you can prove a quota system for failing drivers, then I would think you'd have the makings of a pretty good lawsuit and wouldn't be talking about it here.

As much as I think Schneider is nothing special and there is a bit of sophomoric attitude that permeates the training ranks, I did not see any sexist or racist activities. In fact, it was quite the opposite.

 

I can attest to the fact that Schneider discriminates against foreigners and minorities. I've seen it many times and it was very clear to me that they are bias hypocrites.

 

Changing names will make you more believable how?
